• See the newly released Diocesan Standards for Catechesis – What should your children be learning in Faith Formation?
• Let’s talk about our challenges – both from the family perspective and the catechetical perspective. Should we change the start times for extended class times? Should we hold Faith Formation on Holiday weekends? – How can we best serve you using the resources available?
• Let’s see how we can collaborate! We need your help! Our children will be best served when parents, catechists and Faith Formation staff work together!

CURRICULUM

Our first grade through eighth grade programs follow the lectionary cycle using the spiral curriculum developed by RCL and is called Faith First. Kindergarten will be following Sadlier’s We Believe program.  It is important to note that Faith Formation should be a life-long process and children learn at different depths throughout their academic careers. Children are expected to remain in Faith Formation continuously through 8^th grade in preparation for life as adult learners. Faith Formation should not be solely considered for the purposes of Sacramental preparation.
